Designing a Functional Outdoor Space

The homeowners wanted a way to move easily from the front driveway to the back of the house while creating a more cohesive outdoor layout. Their large, fenced-in yard offered plenty of space but lacked direction and a central area for gathering.

To solve this, our landscape design team recommended adding a custom hardscape patio positioned in front of the garage to enhance privacy and create a comfortable, multipurpose gathering spot for family and guests.

Hardscape Installation & Site Preparation

To prepare for the new patio, we began by de-grubbing the existing lawn, carefully removing grass and debris to create a clean base for construction. The patio was then built using premium-quality pavers, joint sand, and precise grading to ensure proper drainage and long-lasting durability. The finished surface blends seamlessly with the home’s design while offering both function and style.

New Lawn Seeding & Finishing Touches

After completing the hardscape installation, our team re-seeded the disturbed parts of the lawn for a lush, revitalized look. We used premium grass seed, topsoil, and a layer of hay to promote even germination and protect the seed during establishment. The result is a vibrant green lawn that complements the new patio and enhances the property’s overall curb appeal.
